8 Things Soon-To-Be and New Fathers Need to Know

Learn the “duck and cover” maneuver when changing diapers.

Practice your diaper changing skills before your baby comes especially the “duck and cover” maneuver. This method means you ALWAYS have to have a clean diaper on hand whenever you change your little bundle of joy’s soiled or pee-filled one. This is because there is a great – and when we mean GREAT, it’s almost always – possibility he/she will pee the instant you remove the latter and if you’re not ready, you’ll most likely get soaked [and peed on the face if your baby’s a boy].

And another thing, babies love to let their poops out after a diaper change. Maybe it’s because the refreshing, clean feeling of a new diaper just makes them want to do it.
